We are responsible for the organization, initiation and supervision of all activities, in addition to coordinating the main contractor and the technical team. The goal of our system of work is to avoid undefined scope of work, eliminate risk, optimise project investment and planning the activities.

We would organise and supervise the tender process and awarding of Main Constructor contract, supervising their works and advising the client of all relevant aspects and specially about the economic management and the execution process.
